Kirov Regional State Institution "Road Committee of the Kirov Region" has announced an open tender for the performance of works to restore the cross-sectional profile and smoothness of the carriageway of the Omutninsk–Peskovka–Kirs road in the Omutninsky District.
The initial (maximum) contract price is 19,959,595 rubles 57 kopecks. Applications to participate are accepted until October 16, 2025; the evaluation of the second parts of the applications will be completed on October 20, 2025; the results of the tender are scheduled to be announced on October 21, 2025.
The works must be completed by December 5, 2025, at the expense of the regional budget. The contract provides for performance security in the amount of 10% of the contract price, and the warranty period for the completed works is 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance certificate.
Organizations that have experience performing repair or construction of roads amounting to at least 20% of the initial contract price are eligible to participate in the tender. Proof of experience requires submission of executed contracts, acts of completed works, permits for commissioning of facilities, or a decision on the technical readiness of the linear facility for temporary operation.
