      As reported on the Telegram channel "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov", the previously forecast snowfall has disappeared from meteorological model calculations. An anticyclone will replace the snowy cyclone, preventing cold air masses from developing and producing snow. Such abrupt changes in the weather can occur at the turn of the seasons, when atmospheric circulation is being reorganized.

      Recall that yesterday was the last warm day before the onset of cold. The south of the Kirov region cleared of clouds, and it was in the southern districts that on September 23 the air temperature warmed up to +25°C.
