It was proposed to appoint five judges in the Kirov Region.
Today the committee members discussed the candidacies of five people who have been proposed for appointment as justices of the peace. We list them below with the proposed positions and terms of service:
Roman Lukin — justice of the peace for judicial precinct No. 42 of the Leninsky judicial district, 3 years;
Nadezhda Semchenko — justice of the peace for judicial precinct No. 75 of the Kotel'nichsky judicial district, 3 years;
Ivan Zubarev — justice of the peace for judicial precinct No. 5 of the Verkhnekamsky judicial district, for an indefinite term;
Zhanna Samsonova — justice of the peace for judicial precinct No. 70 of the Leninsky judicial district, for an indefinite term;
Svetlana Shamporova — justice of the peace for judicial precinct No. 14 of the Malmyzhsky judicial district, for an indefinite term.
All the candidates hold higher legal degrees, many can boast substantial work experience, and are described in exclusively positive terms. The last three have already held the positions mentioned above; in their cases this is an extension of their terms.
In addition to the courts, the candidates previously worked in the prosecutor's office and the police. Some of them distinguished themselves in particular — for example, Zubarev once received an award for apprehending a criminal, and Shamporova, in order to carry out her duties in various settlements, repeatedly crossed the river.
