"Monster" ran over a child in Kirov.

      According to preliminary information, yesterday, September 22, at 14:05 on Krasina Street in the city of Kirov a 19-year-old man riding an electric bicycle called “Monster” struck a minor boy pedestrian. As a result of the traffic accident the boy sustained injuries. At the moment an investigation into the accident is under way and the causes and circumstances of the incident are being established. A total of six traffic accidents occurred in the region over the past 24 hours, in which seven people were injured, the regional State Traffic Inspectorate said. A criminal case has been opened against the intoxicated pensioner over whose actions a 29-year-old motorcyclist died. Details have emerged about the traffic accident involving a moose that occurred in Kirov. In the Kirov region a car hit a moose, went off into a ditch and caught fire.
