According to preliminary information, yesterday, September 15, at 12:55 on Oktyabrsky Prospekt near building No. 49 in the city of Kirov, a Volkswagen Golf, driven by a 44-year-old man, and a Kugo electric bicycle, ridden by a 19-year-old young man, collided. As a result of the accident the scooter rider was injured. At the moment an investigation into the accident is underway to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.
