The prosecutor's office ordered the Capital Repair Fund to repair the building on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street.

      An inspection found that the non-profit organization "Fund for Capital Repairs of the Common Property of Apartment Buildings" had not taken measures to organize repairs of the roof, facade and foundation of building No. 57 on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street in Kirov, although these works had been planned as early as spring 2023. Residents complained about the protracted repairs to activists of the People's Front, who appealed to the prosecutor's office. The supervisory authority conducted an on-site inspection and recorded defects requiring both capital repairs and routine maintenance of the building. The prosecutor made representations to the management of the fund and the management company. After the prosecutor's intervention the management company rectified the identified violations, and the capital repair fund announced a new auction to select a contractor. The progress of the work is being monitored by the prosecutor's office.
