From September 16 to 17, in some parts of the region, frosts down to -1 to -3°C are expected on the ground and in the air during the night and early morning. This is indicated by the Hydrometeorological Center’s forecast.
The Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Kirov Region recommends that citizens follow the following rules:
when operating stoves and electrical appliances, observe fire safety rules
to protect plants from frost, ensure they are covered.
