Russian Post has introduced a quick-reply feature for electronic registered letters. Now users can reply to such messages directly in their personal account on the zakaznoe.pochta.ru website. The system automatically fills in the recipient’s address; all that remains is to attach the necessary files, pay, and send the letter.
Each reply is assigned a special badge indicating the number of the original letter. The new feature reduces the time needed to prepare a reply and lowers the likelihood of errors when entering data.
Russian Post notes that this capability is especially important for legal entities and entrepreneurs who regularly interact with government bodies and send a large number of documents.
