Rakhim Azimov discussed the implementation of projects in the city of Slobodskoy.
The focus is on Slobodskoy's victory in the All-Russian competition held by the Russian Ministry of Construction for the best projects to create a comfortable urban environment. A proposal prepared jointly with the city administration and residents received federal support. Irina Zhelvakova thanked the deputy for his assistance in preparing the project and liaising with the federal ministry.
"Thanks to the victory in the competition, a new phase of the city embankment's improvement will be implemented. It is one of the landmark public spaces. As a result, the embankment will become even more convenient and attractive for residents and visitors of the city," noted Rakhim Azimov.
The issue of supporting the volunteer movement "Help to the Front" was considered separately. Volunteer activities aimed at assisting participants in the special military operation are actively developing in Slobodskoy. Earlier, in June, Rakhim Azimov allocated one million rubles of off-budget funds to purchase necessary materials — including for the manufacture of camouflage nets and anti-drone blankets.
"Volunteers are doing an important and much-needed job. We will continue to provide comprehensive support to these initiatives," emphasized the deputy.
Irina Zhelvakova also informed the deputy about the completion of additional work on the area next to the monument to the Victory Standard-bearer Grigory Bulatov: street lighting and a video surveillance system have been installed. Recall that Rakhim Azimov supported the residents' initiative to erect the monument and attracted off-budget financing.
"We will continue our work to support the territories of my electoral district," Rakhim Azimov summed up.
