In the Kirov Region, almost 450,000 local residents have undergone free preventive health screenings. The Ministry of Health reminds that the examinations are available to all adults: once every three years for people under 40 and annually for those over 40.
The screening program is tailored to age and sex, which helps detect a wide range of conditions — from cardiovascular problems to cancer. This year, nearly 16,000 cases of disease were detected during the screenings, enabling many patients to start treatment promptly.
You can sign up for a screening through Gosuslugi or the "To the Doctor" service. Employed citizens are entitled to a paid day off.
