      The department stressed that it is planned to add media outlets, banks and pharmacies to the updated list of services that will be available during mobile internet restrictions.

      At the same time, the department reminded that restrictions are already operating in pilot mode while maintaining access to the most in-demand platforms.

      Services that remain available during periods of restrictions:

      social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki, Mail.ru services and the national messenger Max;

      the Gosuslugi portal;

      Yandex services;

      marketplaces Ozon and Wildberries;

      the Avito classifieds platform;

      the Zen service;

      video platform Rutube;

      the official website of the Mir payment system;

      the websites of the Government and the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation;

      the federal remote electronic voting platform (DEG);

      the websites of telecom operators: Beeline, MegaFon, MTS, Rostelecom, Tele2.

      As noted by the Ministry of Digital Development, the list will be supplemented based on the ranking of popular internet resources.

      Earlier we wrote that the Ministry of Digital Development and telecom operators are already testing a technical solution that would allow access to socially significant services even when mobile internet is restricted.
