From January to August 2025 information on 15 apartment buildings was entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate: 14 in Kirov and one in Kirovo-Chepetsk. The cadastral registration of the buildings allows citizens to register property rights, register their residence at the new address, enroll children in kindergartens and schools, and register with polyclinics.
Rosreestr reminds that as of March 1, 2025 developers are required to submit applications for state registration of ownership rights on behalf of participants in shared-equity construction themselves. This must be done electronically within 30 days after the signing of the apartment acceptance-transfer act.
The application and documents must be certified with the enhanced qualified electronic signature of an authorized representative of the developer. After registration is completed, Rosreestr issues an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate to the developer, who is obliged to hand it over to the shared-equity participant.
