The Ministry of Digital Development reported that Russians will be able to use in-demand internet services even during periods of mobile internet restrictions implemented for security reasons.
According to the agency, a special technical solution allows operators not to block socially significant platforms. A pilot mode is already in operation, and access to the services does not require additional identification or completing a CAPTCHA.
The list of services likely includes: Gosuslugi, the social networks VKontakte and Odnoklassniki, Yandex platforms, the marketplaces Ozon and Wildberries, the classifieds site Avito, as well as the services Dzen and RuTube.
The Ministry notes that the list of available resources will be promptly expanded to reduce inconvenience for citizens during periods of mobile internet restrictions, while maintaining network security.
