The case of the teenager who sprayed pepper spray inside a bus has gone to court.

      As a reminder, on the afternoon of March 30 a 17-year-old, while intoxicated, was at a public transport stop near building No. 38 on Oktyabrsky Prospekt. He began striking the doors of a route minibus with his hands and feet, thereby obstructing the movement of the vehicle and creating the risk of a traffic accident. When the driver admonished him, the teenager reacted aggressively and then sprayed pepper spray into the bus through an open window. A criminal case was opened against the young Kirov resident. He is accused of committing an offense under part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of violence against citizens, on other public transport, with the use of an object used as a weapon, associated with resisting a person suppressing a breach of public order). The investigation has been completed. The investigative authorities obtained evidence incriminating the teenager in the commission of the crime imputed to him. At present the criminal case has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
