In Kirov, a seller was convicted for the repeated sale of alcohol to a minor.

      As the court found, in March 2025 the defendant worked as a sales clerk at the "Products 24 Hours" store on Gorky Street. Despite the prohibition, she sold alcohol to a minor. Moreover, the woman was aware that her actions were unlawful — in June 2024 she had already been held administratively liable for a similar violation, being fined 15,000 rubles. The court agreed with the state prosecutor and sentenced the woman to 9 months of corrective labour, with part of her earnings to be withheld for the benefit of the state. In addition, she was prohibited for 2 years from engaging in activities related to the retail sale of alcoholic products.
