State Duma deputy from Kirov Oblast Maria Butina entered the top 50 of the summer integrated rating of parliamentarians' effectiveness prepared by the "Deputat Club" project.
The index is formed according to four indicators: activity in the State Duma, the public vote on the project's portal, expert assessment, and the level of media citations. In the updated ranking Butina showed a confident increase in three areas at once: the public voting index amounted to 10.25 points (up 0.14 compared with spring), the expert assessment rose from 26 to 32 points, and the citation index increased from 2.33 to 3.54.
A decline was recorded only in activity in the State Duma: the indicator fell from 1.19 to 1.04.
"The results of our team are a confident increase across three indicators. More work and important tasks lie ahead for the autumn session," Butina commented on her Telegram channel.
In total, more than 800 federal and regional experts took part in the study; they evaluated deputies' work with residents, authorities, regional elites, and their online activity.

The staff of the Urzhum Central District Hospital has been bolstered by nine young professionals. Three doctors and six mid-level medical workers started work. All of them are from the Urzhum district and decided to return home after completing their studies.
