The UFSB of Russia for the Kirov Region reported that veterans of the service, representatives of the regional Ministry of Internal Policy, the Kirov Region’s anti-terrorism commission, officers from the Center for Countering Extremism of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as leaders of national-cultural associations took part in the event.
Representatives of government agencies and public organizations spoke to students of Kirov universities and secondary vocational institutions. They spoke about the inadmissibility of involving young people in destructive movements, including those that promote terrorism, and also stressed the importance of fostering anti-terrorism attitudes.
In conclusion, participants honored the memory of victims of terrorism and prepared posters as part of the “My Russia Without Terror” campaign.
