
Marketers and HR managers in Kirov trust artificial intelligence more than others.
Every other marketer believes that using AI guarantees high-quality results. Among HR managers, 43% of respondents expressed trust in the technologies, while among sales specialists — 36%. Experts note that for these professions artificial intelligence is useful for creative and routine tasks.
At the same time, 52% of PR managers and 48% of analysts link the use of AI to risks and low quality, fearing errors and loss of uniqueness. Forty-two percent of programmers are also critical of neural networks, as they have a good understanding of how the technologies work and the potential failures.
The highest share of those who found it difficult to evaluate the technology was among accountants, lawyers, logistics specialists and teachers — from 53% to 75%. According to specialists, these fields currently lack high-quality AI products to solve tasks that require precision and strict compliance with regulations.
Attitudes toward artificial intelligence depend directly on the profession. Where creativity is valued or routine can be automated, trust is higher. Where precision and personal responsibility play a key role, caution and distrust prevail.
