The governor of Kirov Oblast, Alexander Sokolov, ranked 48th in the national governors' ranking. The ranking was published by the Center for Information Communications "Rating." The study covered July and August of the current year. It was based on questionnaires and surveys of members of the expert community. Note that the leader of the ranking was Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin. At the bottom of the list is the head of Dagestan, Sergey Melikov, who took 85th place.
