
After six months in custody, Anton Dolgikh's children were allowed a visit.
The visit took place in the pre-trial detention facility and lasted almost three hours. According to information published on the Dolgikh family’s Telegram channel, the children were accompanied by the defendant’s brother. The meeting took place in booths separated by glass and a grille, by telephone.
Recall that Anton Dolgikh is charged under Part 1 of Article 291.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Petty bribery”) and under Part 4 of Article 33 and Part 3 of Article 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Instigation to abuse official powers”). His trial continues at the Oktyabrsky District Court in Kirov. The next hearing is scheduled for tomorrow, August 28.
