A resident of the Kotelnichsky District paid off a debt in order to sell property.

      In the Kotelnichsky District a man owed a bank more than 120,000 rubles. Despite the relatively small amount, he did not make any attempts to settle the debt for a long time. The situation changed when the debtor decided to sell his real estate. Earlier, bailiffs had imposed a ban on registration actions for the property, and the transaction had to be suspended. To lift the restriction and complete the sale, the man promptly paid off the debt in full, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for Kirov Oblast reported.
