The "Labor Summer" project has concluded at the KCHHK branch.

      Schoolchildren worked for three weeks. During that time they managed to gain work experience, earn their first wages and become acquainted with the in-demand professions at the KChHK branch. In the divisions they performed auxiliary tasks: marking and painting curbs, weeding and watering flower beds, cleaning premises and grounds, and working with documents.

      Each young employee signed an employment contract, and compensation for meals in the factory canteen was provided. They also received a payment from the Employment Center.

      At the end of each work shift the schoolchildren took part in a career-guidance game and a tour of the enterprise.

      — During the project the youngsters were able to learn where their parents work, how the work process is organized at the region’s largest enterprise, and how to interact with colleagues and management. This valuable experience will be useful in their professional future. "Labor Summer" also helps foster schoolchildren’s interest in engineering and technical professions. Project participants later choose to study at specialized universities and return to the plant as young specialists.
