Mortgage lending in Kirov Oblast rose by 13%.
In July, credit institutions in the Kirov Region issued 585 mortgage loans totaling 1.94 billion rubles. Compared with June, the number of loans issued increased by 13%, and their volume grew by 4%.
The average mortgage loan in the region amounted to 3.31 million rubles, which is 8% less than the previous month's figure. The average loan term remained virtually unchanged at 247 months (more than twenty and a half years).
By mortgage lending volume, the Kirov Region ranked 48th among Russian regions. This was reported by the United Credit Bureau.
