The president's decree, among other things, also mentions residents of Kirov. In particular, the title "Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation" was conferred on the following teachers:
Natalya Zhuykova — a teacher at a school with advanced study of certain subjects in Omutninsk;
Anatoly Saitov — a teacher at a school in the village of Filippovo, Kirovo-Chepetsky District;
Natalya Safronova — a teacher at a lyceum in Kirovo-Chepetsk;
Olga Senatorova — a teacher at School No. 3 in Urzhum;
Tatyana Fokina — a teacher at a school in the settlement of Zengino, Orichevsky District.
