Residents of Kirov Oblast can apply for free legal assistance. It includes oral and written consultations, the preparation of statements, complaints and other documents, as well as representation of interests in courts, government bodies and organizations.
The right to such assistance is available to non-working pensioners, low-income citizens, parents with three or more children, participants in the special military operation and their family members, as well as combat veterans. At the same time, free legal assistance is not provided in cases related to criminal proceedings or to carrying out business activities.
