      A terrible incident occurred in the morning of June 7th of last year near house №45 on Mira Avenue in Kirovo-Chepetsk. A conflict erupted between a 26-year-old Chepetsk resident and the victim. A criminal case was initiated against the 26-year-old Chepetsk resident. He was convicted under Part 2, Clause 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm dangerous to life, using an object used as a weapon). The court agreed with the prosecutor's opinion and found the defendant guilty. Considering his personal data, the severity of his actions, and the presence of an unserviced sentence under a previous conviction for Article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism), the defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a general regime correctional colony.
