The prosecutor's office has inspected the activities of the FKO "Fund for the Capital Repair of Common Property of Apartment Buildings in Kirov Region." The inspection revealed systematic violations of the law.
For example, the Fund did not select a contractor for the repair of house No. 27 on Orlovskaya Street in Kirov. The repairs were initially scheduled for 2020-2022. Consequently, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit demanding that the Fund organize the repair work for the facade and roof of the house on Orlovskaya Street. The claims were found to be lawful and justified.
As reported by the prosecutor's office, the Fund carried out the planned work in June of this year, and the customer has already accepted the contractor's work.
