Some respondents stated that they would report the situation anonymously. At the same time, 13% of respondents preferred not to interfere, citing the lack of personal interest or the futility of fighting leaks in their field. Another 25% found it difficult to answer and said they would decide based on their relationship with the violator. The most principled were residents of Kirov aged 35 to 45 — 64% of them support the idea of informing management. Among high-paid specialists (earning 100,000 rubles or more per month), 70% would not cover a colleague, while among those earning less than 50,000 rubles, such individuals constitute only 44%.
