On Thursday, July 17, a raid was conducted at the Central Market of Kirov with the participation of city military garrison officers. As explained by the Western Military District's Special Control Service for the Kirov garrison, according to the law, men of conscription age who have obtained Russian citizenship are required to register with the military enlistment office. "During today’s check at the Central Market of Kirov, no citizens who have failed to register with the military enlistment office were identified," the Western Military District's Special Control Service for the Kirov garrison stated.
The department noted that this year, more than a dozen offenders evading registration have been identified in the Kirov region. The number of such offenders is approaching one hundred. All of them have been registered, and seven of them have signed contracts and are serving in the zone of the special military operation.
