The agricultural enterprise in the Kirovo-Chepetsky district has repeatedly violated veterinary requirements.
The Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Kirov Region, Udmurt Republic, and Perm Krai brought LLC SXP "Polomskoye," located in Kirovo-Chepetsky District, to administrative responsibility for failure to comply with the inspection order. The enterprise was fined under Part 8 of Article 19.5 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.
On July 2, 2025, an unscheduled inspection visit was conducted regarding the enterprise, in coordination with the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kirov Region. During the check, it was established that not all violations previously identified by Rosselkhoznadzor had been rectified.
Specifically, the enterprise's branch territory remains unfenced, there is no disinfection site for transport, and there is no sanitation checkpoint at the entrance to the production area. Additionally, the farm lacks a manure storage facility — livestock waste is directly transported to fields without disinfecting.
According to Rosselkhoznadzor, these violations contradict the requirements of the Federal Law "On Veterinary Medicine," the Veterinary Rules for keeping pigs, as well as the federal law "On Animal By-products."
As a result of the inspection, the enterprise was issued a new directive to eliminate the violations.
