The suburban train route in Kirov will change.

      Now, it will be possible to travel from Novovyatsky district to the center of Kirov not only by Chepetskaya – Kirov trains. Starting from July 21, an additional stop at Sovetskaya station will be made by suburban trains Kirov – Yar – Kirov, Kirov – Glazov – Kirov, and Kirov – Balezino.

      Moreover, during morning and evening peak hours, residents of Novovyatsky district will be able to reach the city center more quickly, as trains between Sovetskaya platform and Kirov will run every half hour during this time.

      According to the Government of the Kirov region, adding Sovetskaya stop to the schedule of suburban trains on the Zuevsky direction was an important step in developing the "City Electric Train" project, which has been under development since 2018.

      Now, from Sovetskaya platform to the Kirov railway station, trains will depart as follows:

      Yar – Kirov (departing at 06:43, arriving at 07:09);

      Chepetskaya – Kirov (06:58 – 07:15, 08:07 – 08:22, 19:29 – 19:45, 20:17 – 20:33);

      Yar – Kirov (08:25 – 08:48);

      Glazov – Kirov (11:24 – 11:43, 16:21 – 16:43, 20:59 – 21:23).

      

      From Kirov to Sovetskaya stop:

      Kirov – Chepetskaya (05:10 – 05:26, 06:21 – 06:37, 18:09 – 18:23, 19:03 – 19:19);

      Kirov – Glazov (07:27 – 07:45, 14:56 – 15:13);

      Kirov – Balezino (17:27 – 17:48);

      Kirov – Yar (18:19 – 18:40).

      

      Additionally, on Fridays and Sundays, extra trains will run:

      Kirov – Zueva (14:13 – 14:29);

      Zueva – Kirov (19:11 – 19:33).
