
The head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation became interested in the bus driver whose actions led to a three-year-old girl being injured.
On July 11, a terrible incident occurred in Kirovo-Cechetsk. The bus driver, not ensuring all passengers had disembarked, trapped a woman's hand with the door as she was exiting the bus with a three-year-old girl, and then started moving. As a result, the driver carried the girl, who was holding onto her mother, along the road, causing her bodily injuries.
The regional Investigative Committee has initiated a procedural check regarding this incident. At the same time, Alexander Bastrykin, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, has instructed acting head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov region, Maxim Kozlov, to report on the progress and results of the procedural check. The execution of this instruction has been placed under control at the central office of the agency.
