In Kirovo-Chepetsk, a man stabbed a passerby

      The press service of the National Guard of the Kirov region reported that at about 23 o'clock in Kirovo-Chepetsk, a squad of the Rosgvardiya non-departmental security during a patrol received a message about a fight on Tereshchenko Street.

      Upon arrival at the scene, the officers found a 29-year-old local resident with bloodstains on his clothes. According to him, he had a conflict with an unknown man who stabbed the victim in the chest area. The Russian Guards called an ambulance for the young man, and they themselves went in search of the criminal.

      Soon, a citizen matching the description was spotted near one of the houses on Azina Street. It was a young man born in 1996 who was carrying a folding knife.

      Rosgvardiya officers took the suspect to the police department to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
