The contractor insulated the end of the building and dismantled the old blind area, but in winter he stopped work and disappeared.

      After heavy rains, water flows freely into the basement through the destroyed blind area. Residents are afraid that cockroaches and worms will appear in the house again, as it has happened before after floods. In addition, they worry about the condition of the foundation, which suffers from constant moisture. The insulation applied to the end remains unprotected all this time, and people are afraid that it will soon be covered with fungus.

      The situation is aggravated by the fact that the contractor and the Capital Repair Fund refer to each other. The first one claims that he has not received funding, and the Foundation insists that the money has been allocated. The Popular Front decided to look into this. He sent an appeal to the prosecutor's office.
