
A company in the Zuyevsky district was fined 200 thousand rubles due to overgrowth
In the Zuyevsky district of the Kirov region, Vyatka Rye — Zuyevka LLC was fined for overgrowing agricultural land. This was reported in the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Perm Territory.
The unscheduled on-site inspection took place on April 16, 2025. The inspectors examined five agricultural land plots with a total area of 1,435.24 hectares located near the town of Zuyevka. During the inspection, it turned out that all the areas were overgrown with weeds and woody and shrubby vegetation from 0.5 to 10 m high.
According to the department, the owner violated the requirements of land legislation, in particular Articles 13, 42 and 78 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, by failing to comply with mandatory measures to protect land from overgrowth.
As a result of the audit, the company was issued an order to eliminate violations. On May 20, Vyatka Rye — Zuyevka LLC was brought to administrative responsibility. The fine was 200 thousand rubles.
On June 4, the Department received information about the payment of half of the assigned amount — this is acceptable in the case of voluntary payment within the time limit prescribed by law, according to art. 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
