The regional operator told how to properly dispose of construction debris

The staff of the regional operator responds weekly to complaints and questions from citizens on social networks and city public sites. Sometimes Kirov residents report container sites that are littered with construction debris. In this regard, the regional operator explained how to dispose of waste after repairs and who should take out this type of garbage.

Where should I throw the construction debris?

Construction waste is not classified as MSW, and the regional operator does not export it as part of the tariff. Garbage from major repairs should not be left on the sites near containers, namely:

remnants from the dismantling of houses, baths, fences and other structures

bricks, stone, pieces of concrete, reinforcement and wall blocks

      logs and boards

      roofing, tiles

, dry and diluted building mixes, paint containers

      , drywall partitions

      ventilation blocks

      bitumen waste.

Waste from routine repairs can be left on the site, but it cannot be put in containers, as this may lead to damage to it and the garbage truck. Such waste includes:

wallpaper, plaster and other wall coverings

      , tiles and floor coverings

      , windows and doors

      , linoleum clippings

      sinks, bathtubs, toilets, shower cabins

      faucets, taps

      drywall trimmings

      parquet

      heating batteries.

      Who takes out construction waste?

The disposal is carried out by citizens or organizations whose activities generated this waste. For prompt cleaning of construction debris, you need to negotiate with the Management Company or contact specialized organizations.
