Kirov residents often hide minor mistakes from their superiors.
According to a study by the SuperJob service, only 43% of economically active Kirov residents inform their superiors about all the mistakes made during their work. At the same time, 45% of respondents limit themselves to serious cases only.
Women are less likely than men to report every inaccuracy to their superiors. 58% of young people under the age of 35 do this, while only 29% of Kirov residents over the age of 45 do this.
Income also affects willingness to share mistakes. Among those who earn up to 50 thousand rubles, 56% believe that it is necessary to report everything, and among Kirov residents with an income of 100 thousand rubles only 30% share this point of view.
