Only half of Kirov employees like corporate parties

      The SuperJob service conducted a survey among economically active residents of Kirov. It turned out that 56% of the townspeople have a generally positive attitude towards corporate events organized by employers. About half of the employees take part in them.

      The study also showed that women are more likely to support and attend corporate events. 60% of women have a positive opinion of corporate events, while only 40% of men have a positive opinion of corporate events. 57% of women and 44% of men attend such events.

      As for the attitude towards colleagues who do not attend corporate events, opinions are divided. Only 14% of the survey participants condemn such employees. One third treats them neutrally. Almost half of those who do not like such events themselves do not see anything wrong with absenteeism.
