A competition for the title of "Best Mentor" was held in the KCHK branch

      The competition was held in three stages. The first is the participants' self—presentation on the topic "I am a mentor." During the presentation, the participants highlighted the importance of their profession, their personal attitude to the mentoring system, and shared their practical experience and methodological techniques. The second stage included a test of theoretical knowledge, consisting of testing and open-ended questions. The third stage was a practical task that took place at the contestants' workplaces. The participants demonstrated how they would train young specialists according to an individual training plan.

      According to the results of the competition, Alexander Mamaev from the automation, mechanization and systems workshop took the first place, Artem Slobozhaninov from the boiler shop took the second place, and Yana Petukhova from the production laboratory took the third place. The winners were awarded with diplomas and cash prizes. Photos of the best participants will be posted on the Honor Board of the mentors of the enterprise.

      Elena Perminova, Deputy Director of the KCHK branch of Uralchem JSC for personnel and Social Policy, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov region, said: "Mentors in the workplace perform an important function in the training and adaptation of new employees. They help create a more productive and safer work environment in which newcomers feel supported and confident in their actions. As a result, mentoring helps to improve the quality of work and strengthen team spirit."
