According to the survey, 27% of Kirov residents expressed their desire to take a senior position in their company. The study showed that ambitions directly depend on gender and income level.
For example, 37% of men dream of becoming CEO, while only 17% of women do. The desire for a managerial position is more pronounced among employees with an income of over 100 thousand rubles per month: 32% of them would like to take the post of head. At the same time, only 23% of those who earn less than this amount have similar career aspirations.
Logistics managers (35%), customer service specialists (30%) and sales specialists (29%) would like to become directors more often than others. Accountants (13%), psychologists (11%), as well as pharmacists and secretaries (9% each) were the least interested in moving up the career ladder.
