"Butina's hare has gone free swimming and is now moving her healthy lifestyle on her own," Maria Butina wrote on her new tg channel BuZa. The hero of the channel is a white hare, which will help subscribers to lead a healthy lifestyle, "train" and eat right.
In the channel, the Hare gives advice and answers questions. For example, how to force yourself to get up early and start exercising, or whether 10-kilometer daily runs can be considered "abnormal".
