Deputies unanimously approved the Kirov budget performance report for last year
On May 28, at a meeting of the Kirov City Duma, deputies reviewed and approved the report on the implementation of the city budget for 2024. Gulnara Sayfutdinova, Head of the Finance Department, made a presentation.
According to the data provided, the revenue budget was fulfilled by 100.9% — the city received 29.66 billion rubles. The expenses amounted to 29.99 billion rubles, which is 99% of the plan. The budget deficit amounted to 324.3 million rubles. The volume of municipal debt has not changed during the year and amounts to 2.36 billion rubles, the cost of servicing it is 33.6 million rubles.
The document received a positive conclusion from the Control and Accounting Chamber. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Elena Merzlyakova, confirmed that no budget violations had been identified. However, she pointed out that 10 out of 16 municipal programs had not achieved certain performance indicators.
According to the results of the voting: 33 deputies voted for the adoption of the report, against and there were no abstentions.
