On the day of the "Last Calls," police officers seized more than 700 liters of alcohol from stores.
On May 24, "Last Calls" took place in the Kirov region. On that day, there was a ban on the sale of alcoholic beverages, however, not all entrepreneurs reacted to the restrictions imposed in good faith.
Thus, police officers stopped more than 50 violations in the sphere of alcohol trafficking in retail outlets. Among them, in addition to trading, despite the ban, alcohol was sold without a license, without the use of cash registers, as well as in the premises of retail facilities that did not comply with the requirements of regional legislation. As a result, more than 700 liters of alcohol, which was in circulation with violations, were seized.
Administrative materials have been compiled for sellers and sole proprietors who committed violations. In the future, they will be referred to the court for making decisions on bringing the perpetrators to justice and confiscating the seized products.
