
"Bekhterev's House" is put up for auction again
The first auction for the sale of antique real estate was announced in early April of this year. At that time, 2 million 417 thousand rubles were asked for a house located at 65 Kazanskaya Street, Kirov. The Kirov City Hall put this object up for auction for the second time at the same price.
It should be noted that this house is an object of cultural heritage and was built in the first half of the 19th century. It is known that from 1865 to 1872, academician, neurologist, outstanding Russian psychiatrist, founder of the neuropsychiatric Institute and the Institute of the Brain, Vladimir Mikhailovich Bekhterev, lived in this house. The non-residential premises being sold are burdened with a security obligation of the owner or other legal owner of the cultural heritage object included in the unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments) of the peoples of the Russian Federation "Vladimir Mikhailovich Bekhterev House", approved by the order of the Department of State Protection of Cultural Heritage objects of the Kirov region, according to the bidding page.
The repeat auction for the sale of the Bekhterev House is scheduled for June 24 this year.
