The SVO Volunteer Forum gathered helpers from all over the region
On Monday, a forum of SVO volunteers and an exhibition were held in the Rodina recreation Center, where products were presented that caring Kirov residents send to our soldiers in the special operation zone. Volunteers who weave maskwebs, sew bandages and bandages, knit socks and sew warm vests for our fighters, provide humanitarian assistance to the front, psychologists who work with fighters, veterans of their military and their family members, doctors, lawyers, those who provide assistance to the front on a gratuitous basis gathered in Rodina to to support each other and realize once again that their help is invaluable and extremely important for our fighters.
Stands with products sent to the front filled two floors of the recreation center. These were mainly products that volunteers make on their own: protective masks, camouflage nets, hand bandages, bandages, warm vests that warm our fighters, cooling bandages, which, as one of the volunteers noted, are in demand and help fighters survive the heat. Bourgeois stoves, trench candles and even dried vegetables: everything that can facilitate the military life of the fighters. "The guys are asking for these cooling bandages, they say they help them a lot in the heat. There is nothing complicated here: a little fabric, and inside there is a hydrogel, which is sold on marketplaces. The bandage needs to be soaked in cold water, the hydrogel will swell up and keep cool for a long time," says one of the female volunteers. - And here are the fleece vests. Our craftswomen sew them, from scraps, from leftovers, they pick up everything. Warming bandages for the back — the guys have back pain, they also ask for them. Here are the dried vegetables — carrots, beets, onions, garlic. Dry vitamins. They don't spoil, they can be stored for a very long time."
In addition to things that make life easier for soldiers, volunteers, mostly schoolchildren, also do things that give our soldiers warmth: they write letters, draw pictures, sew toys and chevrons, everything to show the guys that they are remembered, loved and expected. And that Victory, just like 80 years ago, will be ours, because it cannot be otherwise.Products that help our fighters on the battlefields were also presented at the forum: drones manufactured by Kirov enterprises. Several of them, for example, the Gemil kamikaze drone, are mass-produced at the enterprises of the Molot group of companies. "We are mass-producing them and supplying them to the Russian Defense Ministry for the needs of the front. After the start of the SVO, the For Vyatka Foundation and other organizations appeared, which began to help our fighters. And we, realizing that there is a shortage of certain special equipment for the needs of the front, decided to establish mass production of drones and non-mobile control stations "Snakes". Our products have passed all the tests and received well-deserved feedback from the military. Now we are constantly supplying them to the Ministry of Defense, fulfilling the order and fully loaded," said Sergey Yuzhanin, one of the co-founders of Molot Aero LLC.Other drones were also shown at the forum, which are being sent from Kirov to the free zone. At the same time, the forum participants could not only look at various drones, but also try themselves as a drone pilot: a master class on controlling unmanned aerial vehicles was held at the forum.
It should be noted that the head of the region, Alexander Sokolov, attended the volunteer forum. He presented the volunteers with commendations for the support of our fighters, letters of thanks for their services in the patriotic education of young people and assistance to the participants of their military. The forum also featured the documentary "Vyatka Rear", based on the stories of Kirov volunteers, activists of the Fund "For Vyatka", the regional Committee of families of soldiers of the Fatherland and the Union of Women of Russia.
