      The prosecutor's office conducted an inspection and filed a lawsuit to seek compensation for moral damage in the interests of the child. The court fully satisfied the demands, obliging the Kirov administration to pay the family 600 thousand rubles.

      The court also found guilty the head of the Novovyatsky district improvement department, who did not organize the timely dismantling of dangerous equipment. For negligence, he was fined 40,000 rubles.
