In the Kirov region, salaries in construction and real estate increased by 19% over the year

      In the first quarter of 2025, the Russian construction market demonstrated stable demand for staff, opening more than 356,000 vacancies in the construction and real estate sectors. Compared to the same period last year, the number of job offers decreased by only 1.5%. Moscow became the leader in the number of vacancies, where 14% of all offers are concentrated. The capital is followed by St. Petersburg and the Moscow Region with a share of 6% each.

      In the Kirov region, the construction sector showed positive dynamics: the number of vacancies increased by 5% and exceeded 2.4 thousand offers.

      Over the past year, the Russian construction market has seen a 9% increase in wages. Today, the median salary in the industry is 99 thousand rubles. The highest incomes are offered in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (138.3 thousand rubles), Magadan Region (136 thousand rubles) and Moscow (130.9 thousand rubles).

      The Kirov region shows a more significant increase in salaries – 19% per year, while the median salary reached 85 thousand rubles, which exceeds the total salary level in the region (56.8 thousand rubles).

      High salaries:

      surveyors – 150 thousand rubles

      , chief engineers of the project – 130 thousand rubles

      , welders – 117.5 thousand rubles

      , foremen and heads of construction projects – 100 thousand rubles.

      Low salaries:

      occupational safety engineers – 55 thousand rubles

      , handymen – 57.8 thousand rubles

      , maintenance engineers – 58 thousand rubles.
