Sokolov asked Kirov residents to endure traffic jams in Novovyatsk

Today, officials discussed the traffic jams caused by the construction of a tunnel in Novovyatsk and the repair of a bridge over the Poloi River. According to the governor, many complain about this problem.

The Ministry of Transport explained that their specialists regularly monitor the situation and that there are no major traffic jams today. Sokolov ordered additional transport units to be deployed there, if necessary, and asked Vyacheslav Simakov, the head of the Kirov administration, to coordinate the traffic situation.

Sokolov also urged Kirov residents to be patient a little. "The inconvenience is temporary, but the facility will be permanent," he said. The governor added that the same tunnel will serve us for many years to come.
