Kirov doctors talked about salaries and dream jobs

      In 2024, the demand for ambulance staff increased in Russia: employers placed on hh.ru more than 3 thousand vacancies, which is 5% more than a year earlier. The largest number of offers came from Moscow (28%), the Moscow Region (20%) and St. Petersburg (6%). Traditionally, ambulance drivers, doctors, paramedics, nurses, department heads, and anesthesiologists are the most in demand.

      Despite the high demand for personnel, the interest of applicants to work in the ambulance remains low: there are on average one or two candidates per vacancy.

      The average proposed salary of ambulance workers in Russia in 2024 was 80 thousand rubles, and in early 2025 it increased to 88.3 thousand. The maximum income in vacancies reaches 280 thousand rubles, which is how much they are willing to pay an anesthesiologist-resuscitator in Moscow. In the Kirov region, the average proposed salary for an ambulance is 54 thousand rubles, having increased by only two thousand over the year.

      The moods of health workers remain ambiguous. Only 22% of the surveyed representatives of the field of Medicine and pharmacy reported that they were completely satisfied with their work. The majority rated her a "three". At the same time, 46% would like to work in a public hospital, while 39% would prefer a private clinic. For most doctors, the dream job is about respect from management, work-life balance, and stable salary payments.
