      As follows from the document, if the direction of study at the college and university coincide, then the student can enter the university on the basis of entrance tests. If the specialties do not match, then in this case the college graduate will have to take the Unified State Exam.

      According to the authors of the amendments, this change in the law will change the quality of applicants and encourage young people to choose one specialty in which they will work in the future.
